True- up services is a special form of SAM-review. It is special because it directly is linked with the agreements; EA, EAS and OVS. We have good experience with Microsoft sending a letter to the customer three months previous of their anniversary date. MAP will ensure that the customer has the necessary knowledge about the agreements benefits, what rights the agreement gives and SA benefits. We also control that the customer has satisfactory internal routines concerning the process of a True-up.

These business agreements do not always contain all Microsoft products, but they often stick together. And our True-up services will contain all Microsoft products the customer has in use.
MAP License will work with the customer to analyze what Microsoft products they have deployed and match it to their Microsoft licensing to provide a license reconciliation report that the customer can use to make a more accurate and informed decision during True-up time.
Secondary goal is to be a complimentary Partner who helps the customer, complete the process. True-Up services are a formal SAM Review centered on helping the customer through the True-Up process.
Overview
