SAM review creates income for ROI, CPE and SAM. Microsoft`s only task is limited to picking customers and sending a letter. - Map License does the rest of the process. SAM review is adjusted to the different agreements like Open, Select and SPLA-agreements.
MAP License will work with the customer to create a correct description of Microsoft products that are in use. Additionally we help the customer create a license status based on the licenses that are bought and rented on their different agreements. The result after the cooperation with the customer is, a report that in detail shows the customers status, and additionally what they have to buy to become correctly licensed. (Customers will request an online license reconciliation report from MAP License.)
If Microsoft wishes a more simple review we can do the communication by phone, mail and with our tool, Licman.

Customer friendliness

We have a wide knowledge and experience with SAM review and with a very high CPE. The customer has to willingly work with us, and if the letter is written in a wise and correct manner, we increase the chance of a positive result. Very few wishes a review, it is rarely the perfect time for it, but they respect a review when referring to the agreement they have signed with Microsoft. In some cases the customer may wish a review because of a change in ownership, change in management or the customer needs a new status because they need it before they can sign a new agreement.

Speedy process

We have good experience with giving the customer one month to produce a usage pattern, license documentation and buy additional licenses if needed. When proceeding with this plan, the customer will get a "clean" rapport, and Microsoft will be informed about eventual purchases from the customer's reseller.
